How to sign in
Use Bitrix24 as the preferred method when you need Bitrix API access.
Use Firebase for standard VIS access (without automatic Bitrix token creation).
Local username/password is available only in emergency mode when enabled by administrators.
Bitrix API access
Bitrix token is created after successful Bitrix OAuth login.
Firebase login alone does not create a Bitrix token.
Admin can import/copy Bitrix tokens in the Bitrix24 Tokens panel if needed.
Troubleshooting
If Google popup is blocked, allow popups and try again.
If Bitrix login fails, verify application installation and redirect URI in Bitrix24 settings.
If login fails repeatedly, contact support and provide the approximate login time.
